opal-homura 1.8.3.rc1.5

Forked Opal 1.8.3.rc1.3 (based on upstream 1.8.3.rc1) with homura patches for Cloudflare Workers, modern Ruby 3.4 compatibility, and the Sinatra-on-Workers toolchain. Library require path remains `opal`.
